During my study as undergraduate student, I major in Information Management & Information System; during my study for Master degree, I major in Information Science, and my research direction is Knowledge Management. I'm also interested in User Experience, Web 2.0, and Social Network Service.

[Abstract]: Knowledge management is widely considered to be essential to create sustainable competitive advantages for organizations in today's business environment. Expertise Management, which focuses on tacit knowledge, is one of the most valuable KM applications. It is understandable that expertise management is relatively new area, in some cases it is confused with competency management. Despite of the similarities between the two terminologies, they differ in functions, applications, foundations, processes, methods, etc. This paper analyzes the nature of expertise and competency following with the comparison between expertise management and competency management. This paper lays special stress on methods, processes and technologies associated with expertise management and competency management.

[Abstract]: Starting with sorting out the relationship between organizational structure,this paper analyzes the processes of establishing and implementing domestic information resources standard,based on which analyzes the features of operation system and the current situation of processes,points out the deficiency of domestic information resources standard work in function division,requirement identification,standard establishment,opinions solicitation and implementation and popularization,and hereby puts forward a series of optimization suggestions.
